Every year, the Rued Langgaard Festival invites new volunteers to join the team.
Local residents from Ribe and the surrounding area, music students and others with an interest in classical music are all involved in running the festival.
This can be anything from hosting roles, hands-on help and setting up stages to handling tickets, standing at the entrance or showing the audience to their seats.
